1. About KDepresso
KDepresso is a private personal introduction service operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We provide a curated, human-led introduction service for Muslims seeking a spouse. We are not a dating application, a social network, or an automated matchmaking platform.
Our service is operated in accordance with Islamic principles and applicable Saudi law, including the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce (MoC) and the Saudi Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST).
Important: KDepresso facilitates personal introductions only. We do not guarantee marriage, compatibility, or any particular outcome. All decisions regarding marriage remain entirely with the individuals involved and their families.
2. Eligibility
To use our service, you must:
- Be a Muslim individual aged 18 years or older
- Be genuinely seeking marriage
- Be legally permitted to marry under the laws of your country of residence and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Not be currently married, unless you are a male applicant who has disclosed this in your application and meets all applicable legal and religious requirements
- Provide truthful and accurate information in your application
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
We reserve the right to reject any application without providing a reason, and to terminate membership at our sole discretion if we determine that any eligibility requirement has not been met.
3. The Introduction Service
3.1 Application and Approval. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the service. Each application is reviewed individually. You will be notified by email of the outcome of your application.
3.2 How Introductions Work. Once accepted and payment is received, we will review your profile and identify potential matches from our member pool. When we identify a potential match, we will present a limited profile to each party independently. Only if both parties express interest will we facilitate further introduction.
3.3 No Guarantee of Introductions. We do not guarantee a minimum number of introductions, or that any introduction will be made within a particular timeframe. The availability of introductions depends on the composition of our member pool at any given time.
3.4 Photo Privacy. Profile photographs are shared on a one-time, controlled basis only after mutual interest has been confirmed by both parties. Once viewed, photographs cannot be recalled.
3.5 Communication. All initial communication between members is facilitated through our platform. Direct contact details are only shared with the explicit consent of both parties.
4. Member Obligations
As a member, you agree to:
- Provide honest, accurate, and complete information at all times
- Update your profile promptly if your circumstances change
- Treat all introductions and personal information shared with you with the utmost confidentiality and respect
- Not share any information about other members with third parties without their explicit consent
- Not use information about other members for any purpose other than the genuine pursuit of marriage
- Communicate with other members and with KDepresso in a respectful and dignified manner consistent with Islamic values
- Not attempt to contact other members through channels other than those provided by the service without their consent
- Notify us immediately if you become engaged or married so that we may update your account accordingly
5. Fees and Payment
5.1 Service Fees. Service fees are as set out on our Services page at the time of your application. Fees are payable in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Payment Processing. All payments are processed securely through HyperPay, a licensed payment service provider. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee through HyperPay. We do not store your payment card details.
5.3 Non-Refundable Fees. All service fees are non-refundable once payment has been made. This is because fees cover the time and effort involved in reviewing your application, curating your profile, and providing the introduction service, regardless of the number of introductions made or their outcome.
5.4 Fee Changes. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. Changes will not affect memberships already paid for.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use our service to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Misrepresent your identity, marital status, religious beliefs, or any other material fact
- Harass, intimidate, or engage in inappropriate conduct toward other members or our staff
- Use information obtained through the service for commercial purposes, solicitation, or any purpose other than marriage
- Circumvent any security feature of our platform
- Engage in any conduct that is illegal under Saudi law or that violates Islamic principles
- Share login credentials or allow third parties to access your account
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
All personal data is processed in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), Royal Decree M/19 of 2021.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the KDepresso website and platform, including text, design, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to KDepresso and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:
- That the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- That any introduction will result in marriage or any other particular outcome
- That information provided by members is accurate or complete
- That the service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, KDepresso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Saudi law.
11. Termination
11.1 By You. You may terminate your membership at any time by contacting us at khatabadepresso@gmail.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.
11.2 By Us. We may suspend or terminate your membership immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, provide false information, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we determine that continuing your membership is not in the best interest of other members or the service.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your access to the member portal will be revoked. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention requirements.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in accordance with applicable Saudi regulations.
13. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify active members of material changes via email at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
