Personal Profile Review
Every application is personally reviewed — not filtered by an algorithm. We look at the full picture: your profile, your preferences, and whether this service is the right fit for where you are in life right now.
If approved, you'll receive a payment link via email or WhatsApp. If we don't think we can serve you well at this time, we'll let you know respectfully.
Payment & Activation
Once payment is confirmed, your profile becomes active. You'll receive your portal access link where you can update your profile, track introductions, and see how your preferences are filtering the available pool.
We accept mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay through our secure payment gateway.
Curated Introductions
When we identify a compatible match, we reach out to both parties privately before making any introduction. Both sides must express interest before anything is shared.
Introductions are made with full respect for Islamic etiquette. If you prefer your family to be contacted first, we honour that from the very beginning.
After the Introduction
What happens next is between you and your potential match — guided by your faith, your values, and your family. We're available if you have questions, and we keep track of how things go.
If a match doesn't work out, we continue working through your remaining introductions until your plan is complete.
